Spring Clean Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open only to existing Comprendé clients.
  • Entries must be submitted by a property owner or landlord whose property is currently managed by Comprendé.
  • Tenants themselves are not eligible to enter directly, but landlords may nominate on their behalf.

2. How to Enter

  • To enter, complete the official Google Form provided by Comprendé.
  • Tell us why your tenants are the most deserving of a deluxe spring clean.
  • Entries open Monday 8 September 2025 at 12.00pm and close Friday 19 September 2025 at 5.00pm.

3. Prize

  • One winning household will receive a professional deluxe spring clean.
  • Cleaning will be provided by Comprendé’s nominated cleaning partner.
  • The maximum cleaning fee is capped at $500 (+ GST).
  • The cleaning service must be booked within three months of the winner being announced.

4. Selection of Winner

  • Entries will be reviewed by Comprendé.
  • The winner will be selected based on the most compelling nomination.
  • The winner will be notified by email or phone on Monday 22 September 2025 and announced in our Newsletter and on Socials on Tuesday 23 September 2025.  
  • If the winner isn’t able to be contacted within 48 hours of being notified, Comprendé reserves the right to select another winner.  

5. General Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Comprendé reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise beyond our control.
  • By entering, participants (ie property owners / landlords) agree that Comprendé may publish their first name and rental property’s suburb when announcing the winner.
  • Normal tenancy arrangements remain unchanged – this prize is an additional gesture, not a change to tenancy agreements or obligations.

6. Acceptance

  • Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
