Where it all started
Comprendé was founded in 2014 by Grant Foggo with a simple but bold vision, to raise the standard of property management by putting people first.
At the time, Grant was a tenant himself. He saw an opportunity to create a company where landlords and tenants were treated as equals with fairness, transparency, and genuine care at the heart of every interaction.
What began as a small team of three has grown into a talented team of more than 20, expanding beyond property management to include real estate and short-stay boutique accommodation.
Today, Comprendé is proud to be a trusted one-stop property partner offering expertise across every stage of property ownership and living.
