Our fees

Note that all of our fees exclude GST.
Management fee: 8% of rent collected
This is deducted from your rental income.
Advertising fee: $150
This covers the costs incurred to advertise your property and is payable for each listing.
New tenancy fee: $550
This service includes essential leasing activities, such as conducting scheduled and ad hoc property viewings for prospective tenants, assessing and screening tenancy applications, and preparing tenancy agreements.
Inspections fee (quarterly): $50
This is the cost of your Routine Inspection which is completed approximately 4 times a year.
Smoke alarm certification (annually): $86.91
This is to ensure that the smoke alarms in your property are fit for purpose, are working, and are checked by a professional in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
