Selling a property whether it’s an investment property or your long term home can feel daunting. Our commitment to you is to make the process as easy as possible. And you can trust us to be 100% transparent and straight up.
The appraisal
One of our licensed real estate agents will view your property in order to provide an accurate appraisal. Your agent will then meet with you to share their appraisal along with their recommended sales strategy and marketing plan. Once you’re happy with the plan we’ll draft the necessary paperwork for signing.
Due diligence
We’ll schedule a building inspection with our preferred provider and liaise with tradespeople if necessary; arrange a LIM on your behalf or liaise with the Body Corporate of Unit Title apartments for a Pre Contract Disclosure Statement.
Presentation & marketing
We’ll arrange professional staging if required and organise for our photographer to meet us onsite to take professional photos. We’ll then write the advertisement for your property and share that with you for you to review.
Our marketing team design all promotional material including signboard/DL flyers/social media content
Listing your property!
We’ll then draft the Sale & Purchase Agreement. Then we’ll list your property with confidence having done due diligence and provided recommendations.
Throughout the campaign, your agent will provide you with open, honest feedback supported by detailed activity reports. This ensures you’re always fully informed on progress and gives you complete confidence that every step is being carefully managed.
