Covid-19 Update

Due to the Lockdown our office is closed. Whilst our office is no longer open to the public our entire team are continuing to work remotely. We are available via phone, email and Zoom Meetings.

In the current lockdown we are not carrying out physical viewings or inspections of properties. Only essential and urgent repairs will be carried out by our team of contractors.

Our main work is helping and advising over 1000 people who live in our Landlords’ properties in and around Wellington. We are dealing with their tenancies, payment of rent, managing urgent maintenance issues and keeping everyone safe at this difficult time.

Even at this time, housing is a basic need and we are here, fully available and working hard for our landlords and tenants alike.
